Scope Of Work
New construction of a six story multi-family condominium building completed in 2008. Work included the installation of OldCastle Building Envelope (formerly Vistawall) Curtain Wall wrapping the entire building facade. Glazing was a gray tinted PPG Solarban 70 with warm grey spandrel at the floor line, all supplied by Northwestern Industries. Additional work included aluminum entrance doors by Kawneer, as well as a custom in-house glass canopy system over the main entrance.
